Strength & Toughness (Student Athlete Program) helps to improve performance through a variety of workouts that work on the following:

 

- Higher jumps                                - Quicker transitions in and out of breaks

- Faster change of direction         - Better body control and balance

- Overall speed                                - Running form & Lifting Form

- Being a better overall athlete    - Sports Performance Training

- Increase overall power               - Increase functional strength

- Profile set for athlete

1 ON 1 ARE AVIALABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Group Training Avilable Every Saturday 1 hour 15 min sessions
